The Charlotte Regional Technology Executives Council (CRTEC) is an organization dedicated to the continuous education for its members and the economic development of technology companies in the Charlotte region. The council resources are primarily volunteers comprised of executive level technology leaders in this region. CRTEC is recognized as a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization.
15th Annual Cyber Security Symposium at UNC Charlotte
UNC Charlotte’s College of Computing and Informatics (CCI) will host its 15th annual Cyber Security Symposium on the UNC Charlotte campus on Wednesday, October 15, 2014.
CRTEC is a partner association. Our members are eligible for the reduced registration rate of $115, instead of the regularly individual registration rate of $150. To take advantage of your special group registration rate go to registration-cyber.uncc.edu. Then click on Register. Clark will speak on the latest tools and tactics that forensics experts use to discover and develop evidence on computers and mobile devices.
Clark is a former CIA analyst and the Managing Director of Reliance Forensics, LLC, a technical consulting firm primarily retained by law firms and businesses to examine digital evidence - in connection with pending litigation or internal investigations.
Clark’s presentation will include a discussion about what an examiner can typically find on various types of digital media, and how they go about doing so, as well as a demonstration of several commonly-used mobile forensic tools.
